We provide tools to onboard to WhatsApp Business, manage numbers/templates, and send messages via the WhatsApp Cloud API. We may update features and will provide reasonable notice for breaking changes.
If fees apply, they will be presented in your plan/billing page. Meta WhatsApp conversation fees may also apply per Meta's pricing and are your responsibility.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We'll provide reasonable support via tech@rurallink.africa.
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
We handle data according to the Privacy Policy. You must keep credentials secure and notify us of suspected compromise.
Security Best Practices: Use strong passwords, enable two-factor authentication where available, and regularly review your account activity.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion features in your dashboard.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms or to comply with law/platform rules.
Upon termination, we will delete data per the Data Deletion Policy. Some data may be retained as required by law.
Service "As Is": The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit liability to the amounts paid to us in the 12 months before the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Kenya, subject to applicable jurisdiction and venue rules.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
